Return & Refund Policy

All sales of digital license keys are final upon delivery, with the following guarantees in place.

Activation window
You have 30 days from purchase to activate your key. Keys not activated within this period are no longer eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.

Activation issues
If your key fails to activate within the 30-day window due to an issue on our end, we'll send a free replacement. No refunds are issued in this case — only replacement.

Post-activation failures
If a key stops working after successful activation, we'll replace it free of charge, covered under our Lifetime Product Guarantee.

Not covered
- Keys not activated within 30 days of purchase
- Issues unrelated to the key itself (e.g. hardware incompatibility, installation errors)
- Refund requests after successful activation
