These terms govern your use of Suaraia Keys and any purchase made through this website, operated by Murakia LLC.

Products
We sell digital software license keys. All products are delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped. By purchasing, you confirm you understand this is a digital-only product.

Orders & delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your key is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. It's your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.

Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

License use
Each key sold is a genuine Microsoft software product key. Use of the license is governed entirely by Microsoft's own End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies automatically upon activation. We are not the software publisher and do not set or enforce license terms — any questions about permitted use, transferability, or restrictions should be directed to Microsoft's official licensing terms. We are not responsible for how a key is used after activation, provided the key was delivered in working, genuine condition.

Returns & refunds
All sales are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available separately on this site.

Account responsibility
If you activate a key using a personal Microsoft account, you are responsible for keeping that account secure. We are not responsible for issues arising from lost account access unrelated to the key itself.

Microsoft, Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Access are trademarks of the Microsoft Corporation. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, except where explicitly noted (such as our status as a registered Microsoft Partner).

Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
